A swimming pool. Three women. A choir. Lilo wants to swim without water wings. Kira is determined to be the fastest swimmer and Frida has set her sights on a daunting leap from the 10-meter tower.
Under the roof of an indoor swimming pool, the stories of three different women coincide. Eightyear- old Lilo wants to finally swim without swimmies. Kira, a competent businesswoman, chases the elusive speed of the waves, while retiree Frida secretly longs to jump from the 10-meter tower. In the microcosm of the swimming hall, they each discover what it means to be strong in their own way.
