Georgia Catt, United Kingdom / Coordinator Audio Documentary

‘We believe the audio landscape is at its best when it’s at its most varied, adventurous and bold.   It can be about putting an ear to people and places that would otherwise be unheard; demystifying the complex, or showing the humanness in a seemingly polarised world.  And it is always about an integrity to the journalism that underpins all storytelling.’

Georgia Catt is a multi-award winning audio producer for the BBC specialising in narrative, investigative audio series.   She created and produced The Missing Cryptoqueen, Burn Wild, The Untold: Missing and Two Minutes Past Nine amongst others.  Georgia started in audio production answering the phones for her local radio station in 2007.  She began producing audio documentaries as a freelance producer/reporter in Laos in 2012.

Georgia Catt coordinates the Audio Documentary Category together with Yasmina Hamlawi.
